People need to be reminded more often than they need to be instructed

I mentioned yesterday in a postscript a podcast that I recently discovered called The Simple Reminder with Patrick Lencioni. He's been recording this for the past couple of years, but I just discovered it as he hasn't promoted it on his business podcasts, the wonderful At The Table and The Working Genius, both of which are highly recommended.

The Simple Reminder it's a delightful short podcast (usually under 10 minutes) that he puts out weekly that focuses on spiritual formation and following Jesus. It's really a refreshing take from a layperson who loves Jesus and is working to follow him more closely. He often will begin with some prepared thoughts and then have a brief discussion with some family, friends, and coworkers. I highly recommend it.
