Giant Mushroom of Doom

This enormous mushroom is one of the coolest/grossest things I have ever seen. I had no idea they grew this big - and it's in my back yard! I think I saw this once on Star Trek. Baby Horta, anyone?

(Now how do I get rid of this thing...?)
