Tuckered Out

I took out puppy, Tucker, outside tonight to run around in the snow to hopefully burn off some excess energy. It turns out that doesn't work much better with a puppy than it does for a toddler or a young kid. But, hey, it was worth a shot.

I was out there watching Tucker zooming back and forth, running around for no apparent reason and acting crazy. And then it struck me: I wonder if that's what we look like to God sometimes - Just a bunch of people running around randomly, wearing ourselves out acting crazy for no good reason.

We put up with Tucker's shenanigans because at least he's cute.

Maybe God thinks we're cute, too.
