Congratulations to Ignite's own Julia Westman! Julia was crowned Jr. Dairy Princess for Pine County 2008.We were able to celebrate with Julia this past Sunday night at CONNECT when we went to Dairy Queen together (a preview of her future...?). We're all very proud of her. Way to go, Julia!
